Product Performance Investigation Associate (Western Canada)

AgCall Inc. has exciting field opportunities for agriculture professionals for the 2026 growing season. Product Performance Investigation Associates respond to crop protection product inquiries, conduct field investigations, and gather facts and observations present in the field. Successful Associates must be adaptive, make on-the-spot assessments and decisions, and be strong communicators.

Geography
  • Multiple locations across Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan
  • If you have questions about specific locations, our recruitment team would be happy to discuss.
Responsibilities
  • Be available from mid-May through August
  • Connect with growers within 24 hours and be infield within 48 hours
  • Investigation and assessment of in-field situation
  • Calculate fair assessment for crop damages
  • Engage and involve grower in the field investigation
  • Extend knowledge about herbicide application, plant symptomology and environmental stresses
  • Ability to manage customer conversations to ensure the most positive customer service experience possible
  • Data collection into the online platform
  • Communicate to the grower, client, and AgCall management
Requirements
  • Solid agronomic skills and understanding of crop and weed responses to herbicide application in Western Canada
  • Superior field scouting experience, including insect identification, plant symptomology, environmental stresses and crop injury assessment
  • Strong observation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Effective use of a Smartphone and/or tablet
  • Related degree, PAg or CCA designation is an asset, however, not a requirement.
  • Valid driver license
Compensation

Competitive compensation and bonus, with mileage reimbursement.
