Who We Are

AgCall designs, manages, and executes customized projects to deliver on our client's objectives, using active engagement tactics that utilize teams of knowledgeable, experienced professionals and peers from the Agriculture Industry we call AgCall Associates.

AN IDEA SPROUTED

In 1988, AgCall was founded on the concept of supplying temporary field professionals on behalf of clients in the agriculture industry to influence their customers: farmers.

Since the 1980's, AgCall has expanded our service offering to include TeleSpecialist phone calls, performance inquiries, demonstration trials, call/dispatch centers, digital solutions, certified seed crop inspections, field audits, stewardship projects and many other unique custom solutions.

We want to thank our many clients for their trust in AgCall and the hundreds of dedicated AgCall Associates that deliver amazing results to our clients year after year.

AgCall's 3 Key Principles

Knowledge.

We were the first company in the food and agriculture industry to mobilize teams of Associates to represent companies like yours

  • We developed the concept of supporting clients with a team of Associates that cannot be replicated by fulltime employees, providing a depth of experience on a temporary, project or permanent basis.
  • We manage and implement the entire program for you, employing people from the industry who are selected and trained according to the specific needs of the program.

People.

We have a unique approach to mobilizing Field Advocates or Associates at the grassroots level, where credibility is key

  • We only recruit farmers, ranchers or other ag professionals with extensive industry experience in your key geographies, so you can be sure that they are delivering relevant, personalized, timely marketing messages to your customers.
  • Throughout hundreds of projects, clients repeatedly report that their customers appreciate getting information that is important to them from people who understand the issues.

Trust.

We work across the U.S. and Canada, and our Associates are farmers, ranchers and industry professionals themselves

  • Associates are peers to the customers and have a level of trust and local influence that cannot always be duplicated by employees
  • Clients know and understand that advocacy and peer influence strategies accelerate the decision-making process.

The Result

A personalized customer experience that leads to increased sales, customer retention and customer satisfaction.

Calgary, Alberta Canada – June 12, 2025

Arron Madson and his reward

AgCall President Arron Madson was recently awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal for his volunteer work and support of 4-H across Canada, Alberta and his community.

The King Charles III Coronation medal is a commemorative medal created to mark the coronation of Kings Charles III and Queen Camilla in 2023. Canada, as a member of the British Commonwealth of Nations, has awarded coronation medals to select members of the armed forces and public service as well as to individuals who have made a significant contribution to Canada or to a particular province, territory, region or community, or have made an outstanding achievement abroad that brings credit to Canada.

"I am extremely honored and humbled," Arron said. "I have had the true pleasure of working alongside of many talented, passionate and dedicated people within the 4-H program throughout my entire life. I thank all of them for their friendship and helping me to grow as an individual by 'Learning to Do by Doing'. Thanks 4-H Canada for nominating me."
