Customer Care Representative

AgCall offers opportunities for motivated individuals with exceptional communication skills. This is a work from home, part-time contract position, connecting via phone with growers from the agriculture industry. The successful candidate may include active or retired growers and farm wives, agriculture students, retired retailers, independent agronomists or other ag professionals. Working as an AgCall Customer Care Representative is an excellent way to stay active in the agriculture industry and contribute to your household income while maintaining a work life balance.

Requirements
  • Agriculture background is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, including an outgoing nature, positive attitude and empathy for the challenges growers face
  • Ability to prioritize the job in your daily workflow
  • Availability to work 30 – 40 hours per month, for 6 to 8 months, beginning in September
  • Fundamental computer skills with strong data entry skills
  • Must have the following:
    • an entry-level computer, preferably less than 7 years old
    • high-speed internet
    • mobile phone or landline that provides a clear connection and no dropped calls
Responsibilities
  • Attend virtual training sessions
  • Connect with growers in the agriculture industry
  • Prioritize time and schedule to meet the project’s objectives
  • Communicate with AgCall Project Manager
  • Complete data entry in AgCall’s data management platform
Training

Customer Care Representatives will learn from company technical specialists and report directly to the AgCall Project Manager.

Compensation

Customer Care Representatives will earn a competitive wage.
