We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. That is why we have adopted this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and used. We promise that we will take steps to use your personal information only in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy.
What information are you collecting and how are you collecting it?
Every computer connected to the Internet is given a set of numbers that serve as that computer's "Internet Protocol" IP address.
**** Prior to logging Agcall.com, our Web servers recognize that visitor's domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site.****
This information is used to examine our traffic in aggregate. Our Web servers do not record e-mail addresses of the visitors.
Information Collection and Use
AgCall Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Through contracted suppliers, AgCall Inc. also does research on our member's demographics, interests and behavior based on the information provided to us upon registration, during a promotion, from our server logs or from surveys. We do this to better understand our users. This research is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. AgCall Inc. may share this aggregated data with advertisers or business partners.
What other information do you request?
In the case of posting a position on JobAds, we may also request other personal information such as your name, company name, phone/fax number and e-mail address etc. From time to time, AgCall may send e-mailed or faxed HR updates to customers announcing new positions available. Personal contact information is also asked for when applying for a job on-line or when sending in a resume. It is our policy to hold this information strictly confidential. Furthermore, we will always discuss a position with candidates and obtain their permission before notifying an employer of their identity and qualifications.
We may request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of conducting a survey or to provide additional services (for example, subscriptions to e-mail newsletters, announcement lists or information about seminars). Whenever we request the identity of a visitor, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry before the information is requested. We maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy that means that we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent.
In addition, Agcall.com will not send your email that you have not agreed to receive. We may from time to time send e-mail announcing new Agcall.com products and services and to verify active e-mail accounts.
When you enter a contest or other promotion, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.
